                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 12, 1866 (P.L.103, No.91), entitled
     2     "An act relative to the fees of district attorney, in certain
     3     counties of this commonwealth."

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The act of April 12, 1866 (P.L.103, No.91),
     7  entitled "An act relative to the fees of district attorney, in
     8  certain counties of this commonwealth," is repealed.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
