1Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated

3The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4hereby enacts as follows:

5Section 1. Section 3751(b)(2) and (3) of Title 75 of the
6Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes are amended to read:

7§ 3751. Reports by police.

9(b) Furnishing copies of report.--

11(2) Except as provided in paragraph (3), the cost of
12furnishing a copy of a report under this subsection shall not
13exceed [$15] $30.

14(3) In a city of the first class, the cost of furnishing
15a copy of a report under this subsection shall not exceed
16[$25] $35.

18Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
