                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 4, 1870 (P.L.834, No.765), entitled
     2     "An act relative to contracts by county commissioners in
     3     certain counties of this commonwealth."

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The act of April 4, 1870 (P.L.834, No.765),
     7  entitled "An act relative to contracts by county commissioners
     8  in certain counties of this commonwealth," is repealed.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
