AN ACT
1 Amending Title 20 (Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries) of the
2 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for
3 compensation.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Sections 3537 and 7185(a) of Title 20 of the
7 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes are amended to read:
8 § 3537. Compensation.
9 The court shall allow such compensation to the personal
10 representative as shall in the circumstances be reasonable and
11 just[, and may calculate such compensation on a graduated
12 percentage].
13 § 7185. Compensation.
14 (a) When allowed.--The court shall allow such compensation
15 to the trustee as shall in the circumstances be reasonable and
16 just[, and may take into account the market value of the trust
17 at the time of the allowance, and calculate such compensation on
18 a graduated percentage].
