AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, expanding the hours for turkey hunting; and
3 abrogating inconsistent regulations.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 2102(b) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
8 § 2102. Regulations.

10 (b) Seasons, possession, bag limits and devices.--
11 * * *
12 (3) Notwithstanding any provision of law to the
13 contrary, spring turkey hunting shall be allowed from sunrise
14 to 5:00 p.m. on days when spring turkey hunting is permitted.

16 Section 2. All regulations inconsistent with the provisions
17 of this act are abrogated to the extent of the inconsistency.
1 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
