AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of April 28, 1903 (P.L.332, No.260), entitled
2 "An act for the annexation of any city, borough, township, or
3 part of a township, to a contiguous city, and providing for
4 the indebtedness of the same."
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. The act of April 28, 1903 (P.L.332, No.260),
8 entitled "An act for the annexation of any city, borough,
9 township, or part of a township, to a contiguous city, and
10 providing for the indebtedness of the same," is repealed.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
