AN ACT
1 Designating a section of U.S. Route 15 in Union County,
2 Pennsylvania, as the Donald L. Heiter Memorial Highway.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. That section of U.S. Route 15 in Union County,
6 beginning at the Lewisburg Borough and East Buffalo Township
7 line near Limestone Run, and proceeding north to the Lewisburg
8 Borough and Kelly Township line near Buffalo Creek, is hereby
9 designated and shall be known as the Donald L. Heiter Memorial
10 Highway.
11 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and
12 maintain road signs, which shall display the name of Donald L.
13 Heiter Memorial Highway, at the beginning and the end of the
14 section of the highway designated in section 1.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
