AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for procedures for certain
3 restraint system violations.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 4581 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8 § 4581. Restraint systems.

10 (b.1) Forms for citations and complaints.--In order to
11 facilitate and expedite prosecutions for violations of
12 subsection (a)(2), the Court Administrator of Pennsylvania, in
13 consultation with the Criminal Procedural Rules Committee, shall
14 design citation and complaint forms in such a manner that
15 violations of subsection (a)(2) may be readily incorporated in
16 the same citation or complaint prepared by the police officer
17 for another violation of this title which occurred at the same
18 time.

2 Section 2. The forms for citations and complaints provided
3 for in this amendatory act shall be used throughout this
4 Commonwealth no later than two years after the effective date of
5 this act, or at such earlier date as may be ordered by the Court
6 Administrator of Pennsylvania.
7 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
