AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for the use of crossbows as a
3 lawful hunting device.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 34 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 2314. Crossbows.
9 A crossbow which meets the specifications under section 2923
10 (c)(2) (relating to disabled person permits) shall be a lawful
11 hunting device throughout this Commonwealth when used by any
12 person who holds a valid resident or nonresident junior or
13 senior license issued under this title.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
