                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating a certain bridge to be constructed between Chester
     2     Township and the City of Chester, Delaware County as the
     3     William H. Sherlock Memorial Bridge.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The bridge to be constructed to carry 12th Street
     7  over the ramps to the Commodore Barry Bridge between Chester
     8  Township and the City of Chester in Delaware County is hereby
     9  designated and shall be known as the William H. Sherlock
    10  Memorial Bridge.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
