        SENATOR RAFFERTY, LAW AND JUSTICE, IN SENATE, AS AMENDED,
           JUNE 8, 2005

                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 3, 1872 (1873 P.L.1061, No.1109),
     2     entitled "An act to incorporate the State police of Crawford
     3     and Erie counties."

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The act of April 3, 1872 (1873 P.L.1061, No.1109)
     7  entitled "An act to incorporate the State police of Crawford and
     8  Erie counties," is repealed.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately IN 120      <--
    10  DAYS.
