                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of July 24, 1913 (P.L.994, No.453), entitled
     2     "An act to provide for the appointment of registrars of
     3     electors to be deputy poll-tax collectors in cities of the
     4     first class of this Commonwealth; a method of collecting such
     5     taxes; penalties for violation of its provisions; and to
     6     repeal acts or parts of acts inconsistent therewith."

     7     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     8  hereby enacts as follows:
     9     Section 1.  The act of July 24, 1913 (P.L.994, No.453),
    10  entitled "An act to provide for the appointment of registrars of
    11  electors to be deputy poll-tax collectors in cities of the first
    12  class of this Commonwealth; a method of collecting such taxes;
    13  penalties for violation of its provisions; and to repeal acts or
    14  parts of acts inconsistent therewith," is repealed.
    15     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
