                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of October 11, 1984 (P.L.906, No.179), entitled
     2     "An act providing for the administration and allocation of
     3     certain Federal Block Grants," deleting provisions relating
     4     to the allocation mechanism.

     5     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     6  hereby enacts as follows:
     7     Section 1.  Sections 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the act of October
     8  11, 1984 (P.L.906, No.179), known as the Community Development
     9  Block Grant Entitlement Program for Nonurban Counties and
    10  Certain Other Municipalities, are repealed.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
