AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Philadelphia College of
2 Performing Arts Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for maintenance
3 and general operation and student aid.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $104,000, or as much thereof as may be
7 necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Philadelphia College of
8 Performing Arts, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal year
9 July 1, 1979 to June 30, 1980, for maintenance, general
10 operation of the academy and student aid.
11 Section 2. The academy shall present its financial
12 statements and report in accordance with generally accepted
13 accounting procedures as presented in the "Higher Education
14 Finance Manual of 1975," without exception.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1979.
