AN ACT
1 Making appropriations from restricted revenue accounts within
2 the State Gaming Fund to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control
3 Board, the Department of Revenue, the Pennsylvania State
4 Police and the Attorney General.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. State Gaming Fund.--The following sums set forth
8 in this act, or as much thereof as maybe necessary, are hereby
9 appropriated from the State Gaming Fund restricted revenue
10 accounts under 4 Pa.C.S. § 1401 (relating to slot machine
11 licensee deposits) to the hereinafter named agencies of the
12 Executive Department for the purposes set forth herein for the
13 fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007, and for the payment of bills
14 incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year
15 ending June 30, 2006.
16 Section 2. Pennsylvania Gaming
17 Control Board.--The following amounts
18 are appropriated to the Pennsylvania
1 Gaming Control Board: Federal State
2 For the salaries, wages and all
3 necessary expenses for the proper
4 operation and administration of the
5 Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
6 State appropriation........ 31,266,000
7 Section 3. Attorney General.--The
8 following amounts are appropriated to
9 the Attorney General: Federal State
10 For the salaries, wages and all
11 necessary expenses of the Attorney
12 General related to the Pennsylvania
13 Race Horse Development and Gaming Act.
14 State appropriation........ 799,000
15 Section 4. Department of
16 Revenue.--The following amounts are
17 appropriated to the Department of
18 Revenue: Federal State
19 For the salaries, wages and all
20 necessary expenses of the Department
21 of Revenue related to the Pennsylvania
22 Race Horse Development and Gaming Act.
23 State appropriation........ 8,273,000
24 Section 5. Pennsylvania State
25 Police.--The following amounts are
26 appropriated to the Pennsylvania State
27 Police: Federal State
28 For the salaries, wages and all
29 necessary expenses of the Pennsylvania
30 State Police related to the

3 State appropriation........ 13,629,000
4 Section 6. This act shall take effect July 1, 2007, or
5 immediately, whichever is later.
