AN ACT
1 Amending the act of July 9, 1986 (P.L.1223 , No.110), entitled
2 "An act providing for the establishment of a fund, to be
3 administered by the Department of Community Affairs, to
4 reduce local matching requirements in economic and community
5 development programs for financially disadvantaged
6 municipalities; and providing a procedure for the operation
7 of the fund," extending the expiration date.
8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9 hereby enacts as follows:
10 Section 1. Section 9 of the act of July 9, 1986 (P.L.1223,
11 No.110), known as the Financially Disadvantaged Municipalities
12 Matching Assistance Act, is amended to read:
13 Section 9. Expiration date.
14 This act shall expire June 30, [1989] 1992, or when the fund
15 is exhausted, unless extended by statute.
16 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
