                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
     2     Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for sex
     3     offender information made available on the Internet.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 9798.1(c) of Title 42 of the Pennsylvania
     7  Consolidated Statutes, added November 24, 2004 (P.L.1243,
     8  No.152) and amended November 9, 2006 (P.L.1352, No.143) and
     9  November 29, 2006 (P.L.1581, No.179), is amended to read:
    10  § 9798.1.  Information made available on the Internet.

    12     (c)  Information permitted to be disclosed regarding
    13  individuals.--Notwithstanding 18 Pa.C.S. Ch. 91 (relating to
    14  criminal history record information), the Internet website shall
    15  contain the following information on each individual:


     1         (1)  For sexually violent predators, the following
     2     information shall be posted on the Internet website:
     3             (i)  name and all known aliases;
     4             (ii)  year of birth;
     5             (iii)  the street address, municipality, county and
     6         zip code of all residences, including, where applicable,
     7         the name of the prison or other place of confinement;
     8             (iv)  the street address, municipality, county, zip
     9         code and name of any institution or location at which the
    10         person is enrolled as a student;
    11             (v)  the street address, municipality, county [and],
    12         zip code and name of any employment location;
    13             (vi)  a photograph of the offender, which shall be
    14         updated not less than annually;
    15             (vii)  a physical description of the offender,
    16         including sex, height, weight, eye color, hair color and
    17         race;
    18             (viii)  any identifying marks, including scars,
    19         birthmarks and tattoos;
    20             (ix)  the license plate number and description of any
    21         vehicle owned or registered to the offender;
    22             (x)  whether the offender is currently compliant with
    23         registration requirements;
    24             (xi)  whether the victim is a minor;
    25             (xii)  a description of the offense or offenses which
    26         triggered the application of this subchapter; and
    27             (xiii)  the date of the offense and conviction, if
    28         available.
    29         (2)  For all other lifetime registrants and offenders
    30     subject to registration, the information set forth in

     3     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
