AN ACT
1 Redesignating a portion of the Lackawanna Valley Industrial
2 Highway, SR 0006, as the Governor Robert P. Casey Highway;
3 and designating the Olyphant on and off ramp, Exit 2 of the
4 Lackawanna Valley Industrial Highway as the Representative
5 Joseph G. Wargo Exit.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. The section of the Lackawanna Valley Industrial
9 Highway, SR 0006, beginning at Interstate 81 in the Borough of
10 Dunmore in Lackawanna County and ending in the Village of
11 White's Crossing in Wayne County, Pennsylvania, is redesignated
12 as the Governor Robert P. Casey Highway.
13 Section 2. The on and off ramp in Olyphant designated as
14 Exit 2 of the Lackawanna Valley Industrial Highway is
15 redesignated as the Representative Joseph G. Wargo Exit.
16 Section 3. The Department of Transportation shall erect and
17 maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the highway
18 and the exit.
19 Section 4. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
