AN ACT
1 Amending the act of May 16, 2002 (P.L.315, No.46), entitled "An
2 act providing for a community services block grant program;
3 and further providing for powers and duties of the Department
4 of Community and Economic Development," further providing for
5 the expiration of the act.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 13 of the act of May 16, 2002 (P.L.315,
9 No.46), known as the Community Services Block Grant Act, is
10 amended to read:
11 Section 13. Expiration.
12 This act shall expire December 31, [2006] 2011.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
