                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of June 25, 1919 (P.L.581, No.274), entitled
     2     "An act for the better government of cities of the first
     3     class of this Commonwealth," deleting provisions relating to
     4     the Department of Public Works and the Department of Supplies
     5     and Purchases.

     6     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     7  hereby enacts as follows:
     8     Section 1.  Section 4 of Article VI and Article XXIV of the
     9  act of June 25, 1919 (P.L.581, No.274), referred to as the First
    10  Class City Government Law, are repealed.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
