AN ACT
1 Amending the act of May 1, 1929 (P.L.1052, No.407), entitled "An
2 act adopting a program for the completion of the improvement
3 of the State highways of the Commonwealth; authorizing
4 counties, boroughs, towns and townships to expend moneys, and
5 to incur indebtedness; and requiring certain moneys of the
6 Motor License Fund to be expended as herein provided,"
7 deleting provisions relating to municipal agreements to
8 contribute for additional mileage.
9 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
10 hereby enacts as follows:
11 Section 1. Section 2 of the act of May 1, 1929 (P.L.1052,
12 No.407), entitled "An act adopting a program for the completion
13 of the improvement of the State highways of the Commonwealth;
14 authorizing counties, boroughs, towns and townships to expend
15 moneys, and to incur indebtedness; and requiring certain moneys
16 of the Motor License Fund to be expended as herein provided," is
17 repealed.
18 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
