AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Future Farmers of America
2 Foundation of Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $30,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Future Farmers of America Foundation of Pennsylvania for the
7 fiscal year July 1, 1989, to June 30, 1990.
8 Section 2. Payments to the Future Farmers of America
9 Foundation of Pennsylvania on account of the appropriation
10 provided in section 1 shall be made by the Secretary of
11 Agriculture in equal quarterly payments.
12 Section 3. The Future Farmers of America Foundation of
13 Pennsylvania shall provide such information as may be necessary
14 to carry out the provisions of this act. The information shall
15 be provided in such form and manner as the Department of
16 Agriculture shall prescribe.
17 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1989, or
1 immediately, whichever is later.
