AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of May 1, 1929 (P.L.1054, No.409), entitled
2 "An act providing for assistance by the Commonwealth in the
3 improvement, construction, reconstruction and/or maintenance
4 of certain streets and highways in cities of the second
5 class, second class A and third class; and for the assessment
6 of benefits against owners of real estate abutting on the
7 line of the improvement; and making an appropriation."
8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9 hereby enacts as follows:
10 Section 1. The act of May 1, 1929 (P.L.1054, No.409),
11 entitled "An act providing for assistance by the Commonwealth in
12 the improvement, construction, reconstruction and/or maintenance
13 of certain streets and highways in cities of the second class,
14 second class A and third class; and for the assessment of
15 benefits against owners of real estate abutting on the line of
16 the improvement; and making an appropriation," is repealed.
17 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
