                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     2     Statutes, further providing for posting of speed limit.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  Section 3362(b) of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
     6  Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
     7  § 3362.  Maximum speed limits.

     9     (b)  Posting of speed limit.--
    10         * * *
    11         (3)  The department shall adopt regulations that permit
    12     the placement of orange diamonds on road signs that signal
    13     speed limit changes.
    14     * * *
    15     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
