AN ACT
1 Redesignating the Apollo Bridge carrying State Route 66 between
2 Oklahoma Borough, Westmoreland County, and Apollo Borough,
3 Armstrong County, as the Leonard C. Miller Bridge.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Leonard C. Miller Bridge.
7 (a) Redesignation.--The Apollo Bridge carrying State Route
8 66 across the Kiskiminetas River between Oklahoma Borough,
9 Westmoreland County, and Apollo Borough, Armstrong County, is
10 hereby redesignated and shall be known as the Leonard C. Miller
11 Bridge.
12 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
13 maintain signs to indicate the redesignation under subsection
14 (a).
1 Section 2. Effective date.
2 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
