                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of May 15, 1945 (P.L.557, No.218), entitled
     2     "An act providing a uniform method for taking samples of food
     3     or processed food for the purpose of analysis or examination
     4     by duly authorized representatives of any city, county,
     5     township, incorporated town or borough."

     6     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     7  hereby enacts as follows:
     8     Section 1.  The act of May 15, 1945 (P.L.557, No.218),
     9  entitled "An act providing a uniform method for taking samples
    10  of food or processed food for the purpose of analysis or
    11  examination by duly authorized representatives of any city,
    12  county, township, incorporated town or borough," is repealed.
    13     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
