                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of June 4, 1945 (P.L.1191, No.413), entitled
     2     "An act to authorize the Pennsylvania Post-War Planning
     3     Commission under certain conditions to enter into agreements
     4     with political subdivisions of this Commonwealth for the
     5     financing of plans and specifications for public works; and
     6     making an appropriation."

     7     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     8  hereby enacts as follows:
     9     Section 1.  The act of June 4, 1945 (P.L.1191, No.413),
    10  entitled "An act to authorize the Pennsylvania Post-War Planning
    11  Commission under certain conditions to enter into agreements
    12  with political subdivisions of this Commonwealth for the
    13  financing of plans and specifications for public works; and
    14  making an appropriation," is repealed.
    15     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
