AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime
2 and Delinquency for community policing programs.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $15,000,000, or as much thereof as may
6 be necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Pennsylvania
7 Commission on Crime and Delinquency for the fiscal year July 1,
8 1999, to June 30, 2000, for grants for community policing
9 programs. This appropriation shall be in addition to any other
10 amounts appropriated for the same or similar purposes for the
11 fiscal year July 1, 1999, to June 30, 2000.
12 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
