AN ACT
1 Making a supplemental appropriation to the Department of Aging
2 for grants to senior centers.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $2,000,000 is hereby appropriated to
6 the Department of Aging for grants to senior centers for the
7 fiscal year July 1, 1999, to June 30, 2000, to supplement the
8 appropriation under section 207 of the act of May 5, 1999 (P.L.,
9 No.1A), known as the General Appropriation Act of 1999.
10 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
