                                     AN ACT

     1  Providing for the use of school district property by the Boy
     2     Scouts of America.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Short title.
     6     This act shall be known and may be cited as the Boy Scouts of
     7  America Equal Access Act.
     8  Section 2.  Use of school district property by the Boy Scouts of
     9                 America.
    10     The board of school directors of any school district shall
    11  grant the Boy Scouts of America equal access to any of its
    12  school grounds or buildings for any of the purposes allowed
    13  pursuant to section 775 of the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30,
    14  No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949.
    15  Section 3.  Termination of funding.
    16     Refusal of the board of school directors to comply with this

     1  section shall result in the termination of all State funding for
     2  the school district.
     3  Section 10.  Effective date.
     4     This act shall take effect in 60 days.
