                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
     2     Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for
     3     order of probation.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 9754(c) of Title 42 of the Pennsylvania
     7  Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding paragraphs to read:
     8  § 9754.  Order of probation.

    10     (c)  Specific conditions.--The court may as a condition of
    11  its order require the defendant:

    13         (15)  To undergo a medical or psychiatric evaluation to
    14     determine whether the defendant, if convicted of an offense
    15     under 18 Pa.C.S. Ch. 31 (relating to sexual offenses), may be
    16     suitable for the administration of drug treatment for the

     1     purpose of suppressing aberrant sexual behavior.
     2         (16)  To submit to drug treatment for the purpose of
     3     suppressing aberrant sexual behavior in conjunction with any
     4     appropriate psychiatric treatment, based on the medical or
     5     psychiatric evaluation conducted in accordance with paragraph
     6     (15).
