AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of May 11, 1897 (P.L.49, No.41), entitled "An
2 act relating to appointment of Prison Commissioners in
3 counties of the Commonwealth having over one hundred and
4 fifty thousand population."
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. The act of May 11, 1897 (P.L.49, No.41), entitled
8 "An act relating to appointment of Prison Commissioners in
9 counties of the Commonwealth having over one hundred and fifty
10 thousand population," is repealed.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
