                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 14, 1905 (P.L.162, No.118), entitled
     2     "An act regulating the method and procedure in the erection
     3     of line or partition fences."

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The act of April 14, 1905 (P.L.162, No.118),
     7  entitled "An act regulating the method and procedure in the
     8  erection of line or partition fences," is repealed.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
