AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Health for mental
2 health and mental retardation.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $7,000,000 is appropriated to the
6 Department of Health for mental health and mental retardation
7 purposes for fiscal year 2000-2001.
8 Section 2. This sum is in addition to the sum appropriated
9 to the Department of Health in section 215 of the act of May 24,
10 2000 (P.L. , No.21A), known as the General Appropriation Act
11 of 2000.
12 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
