                                     AN ACT

     1  Renaming a bridge in Clinton County the Constitution Bridge.

     2     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     3  hereby enacts as follows:
     4  Section 1.  Constitution bridge.
     5     (a)  The bridge carrying Pa. Route 150 across the west branch
     6  of the Susquehanna River in Clinton County, connecting the City
     7  of Lock Haven and Castanea Township to Woodward Township, is
     8  hereby redesignated and shall hereafter be known as Constitution
     9  Bridge.
    10     (b)  The Department of Transportation shall erect and
    11  maintain signs which shall display the name Constitution Bridge
    12  at each end of the bridge designated in subsection (a).
    13  Section 2.  Effective date.
    14     This act shall take effect immediately.
