                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 8, 1851 (P.L.353, No.227), entitled
     2     "An act relating to County Prisons, to the Foster Home
     3     Association, and Cawanesque Plank Road Company, to apportion
     4     the rent of wharves and docks in the port of Philadelphia,
     5     and relative to the service of process on foreign insurance
     6     companies and other corporations."

     7     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     8  hereby enacts as follows:
     9     Section 1.  The act of April 8, 1851 (P.L.353, No.227),
    10  entitled "An act relating to County Prisons, to the Foster Home
    11  Association, and Cawanesque Plank Road Company, to apportion the
    12  rent of wharves and docks in the port of Philadelphia, and
    13  relative to the service of process on foreign insurance
    14  companies and other corporations," is repealed.
    15     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
