AN ACT
1 Amending the act of April 26, 1850 (P.L.618, No.364), entitled
2 "An act to vest in Barbara Griffith and Polly Conrad certain
3 supposed escheated personal estate; to incorporate the
4 Delaware and Schuylkill plank road company; and relative to
5 market stalls in the city of Philadelphia," repealing
6 provisions relating to farmers who lease stalls or stands in
7 Philadelphia to sublet them.
8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9 hereby enacts as follows:
10 Section 1. Section 9 of the act of April 26, 1850 (P.L.618,
11 No.364), entitled "An act to vest in Barbara Griffith and Polly
12 Conrad certain supposed escheated personal estate; to
13 incorporate the Delaware and Schuylkill plank road company; and
14 relative to market stalls in the city of Philadelphia," is
15 repealed.
16 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
