                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     2     Statutes, providing for enhanced emission inspection fees.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  Section 4706 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
     6  Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
     7  § 4706.  Prohibition on expenditures for emission inspection
     8             program.

    10     (g.1)  Fees.--The fee for testing for the enhanced emission
    11  inspection program shall not exceed $15.

    13     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
