AN ACT
1 Making an additional appropriation to the Department of
2 Education for certain vocational education programs.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $480,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of Education
7 for the fiscal year July 1, 1989, to June 30, 1990, for
8 vocational education in the form of licensed practical nursing
9 programs and allied health training programs.
10 Section 2. The appropriation in section 1 shall be in
11 addition to any sums appropriated in section 212 of the act of
12 July 1, 1989 (P.L. , No.3A), known as the General
13 Appropriation Act of 1989.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
