                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of September 26, 1951 (P.L.1494, No.367),
     2     entitled "An act authorizing the capture or destruction of
     3     unprotected birds in any city or borough in certain cases."

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The act of September 26, 1951 (P.L.1494, No.367),
     7  entitled "An act authorizing the capture or destruction of
     8  unprotected birds in any city or borough in certain cases," is
     9  repealed.
    10     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
