AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for suspension of operating
3 privilege.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 1532(b)(4) of Title 75 of the
7 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 1532. Suspension of operating privilege.

12 (4) The department shall suspend the operating privilege
13 of any driver for three months upon receiving a certified
14 record of the driver's conviction of section 1371 (relating
15 to operation following suspension of registration) or an
16 adjudication of delinquency based on section 1371 if the
17 department's records show that the person's vehicle
1 registration privilege was under suspension or revocation on
2 the date of the violation.
