AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to maintain the services provided by the
2 Senior Environment Corps.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Appropriation.
6 The sum of $120,000, or as much thereof as may be necessary,
7 is hereby appropriated to the Department of Environmental
8 Protection for the fiscal year July 1, 2007, to June 30, 2008,
9 to maintain the services provided to the public by the Senior
10 Environment Corps.
11 Section 2. Effective date.
12 This act shall take effect immediately.
