AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for the powers and duties of the
3 Pennsylvania Game Commission.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 322(c) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
8 § 322. Powers and duties of commission.

10 (c) Specific powers and duties.--In order to administrate
11 and enforce this title, the commission through proper action
12 shall:

14 (14) Manage and develop lands owned or controlled by the
15 commission for maximum game, furbearer and wildlife
16 populations by providing abundant and enhanced food and cover
1 for game, furbearer and wildlife.
2 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
