AN ACT
Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in registration of vehicles, further providing for
transfer of registration.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1314(a) of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
ยง 1314. Transfer of registration.
(a) General rule.--Registration and registration plates may
be transferred to another vehicle owned or leased by the
registrant, or to a vehicle owned or leased by the spouse,
parent [or], grandparent, child or grandchild of the registrant.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
