AN ACT
1 Designating a welcome center along Route 15 in Tioga County the
2 John Heinz Memorial Welcome Center.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. John Heinz Welcome Center.
6 (a) Designation.--That welcome center to be situate along
7 Route 15 in Tioga County is hereby designated and shall be known
8 as the John Heinz Memorial Welcome Center.
9 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
10 maintain appropriate signs, which shall display the name of John
11 Heinz Memorial Welcome Center at and approaching the welcome
12 center.
13 Section 2. Effective date.
14 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
