        REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON URBAN AFFAIRS, JANUARY 14, 1998

                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of March 14, 1867 (P.L.440, No.415), entitled
     2     "An act for the better regulation of public halls and places
     3     of amusement, in the cities of Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and
     4     Allegheny."

     5     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     6  hereby enacts as follows:
     7     Section 1.  The act of March 14, 1867 (P.L.440, No.415),
     8  entitled "An act for the better regulation of public halls and
     9  places of amusement, in the cities of Philadelphia, Pittsburgh
    10  and Allegheny," is repealed.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
