                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating the Archbald on and off ramp at Exit 4 of the Robert
     2     P. Casey Highway as the Representative Marion L. Munley and
     3     Police Chief Donald Munley Exit.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The on and off ramp in Archbald designated as
     7  Exit 4 of the Robert P. Casey Highway is redesignated as the
     8  Representative Marion L. Munley and Police Chief Donald Munley
     9  Exit.
    10     Section 2.  The Department of Transportation shall erect and
    11  maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the highway
    12  and the exit.
    13     Section 3.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
