AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of May 13, 1927 (P.L.994, No.483), entitled
2 "An act fixing the salary to be paid by each county of the
3 first class to its chief deputy sheriff."
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The act of May 13, 1927 (P.L.994, No.483),
7 entitled "An act fixing the salary to be paid by each county of
8 the first class to its chief deputy sheriff," is repealed.
9 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
