AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 30, 1979 (No.7A), entitled "An act
2 making an appropriation from a restricted revenue account
3 within the General Fund to the Department of State for use by
4 the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs,"
5 increasing the appropriation.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 1, act of June 30, 1979 (No.7A), entitled
9 "An act making an appropriation from a restricted revenue
10 account within the General Fund to the Department of State for
11 use by the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs," is
12 amended to read:
13 Section 1. The sum of [$4,495,000] $4,720,000 or as much
14 thereof as may be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated
15 from the professional licensure augmentation restricted revenue
16 account within the General Fund to the Department of State to
17 augment the general government appropriation for the operation
18 of the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs for the
19 fiscal period July 1, 1979 to June 30, 1980.
1 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
