AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of May 8, 1919 (P.L.129, No.94), entitled "An
2 act providing for a State association of county controllers
3 and for the meetings thereof, and providing for the payment
4 by the counties of the expenses thereof."
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. The act of May 8, 1919 (P.L.129, No.94), entitled
8 "An act providing for a State association of county controllers
9 and for the meetings thereof, and providing for the payment by
10 the counties of the expenses thereof," is repealed.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
